No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders, save your details, and see your scent history.
Yes. You can buy a Discover set or top-ups whenever you like. We also have a subscription services for people who prefer automatic refills, this way we process your order and have it delivered before you use up your current scent block.
Scentie works with all car brands and models that have a standard sun visor or air vent. Our visor clips and vent clips are one size fit all, designed to be slim and secure so they don’t get in the way while you drive.
All three use the same scents, the only difference is the material and style.
Yes. Every Scentie block (wood, stone, or metal) is pre-scented. You don’t need to add oil before the first use, just clip it in and you’re ready to go.
The vial holds extra fragrance oil so you can re-soak your block if you ever feel the scent is a bit light during the month. The block will already be scented; the vial is there for a quick refresh, not for every single day.
Each block is designed to last up to 30 days. How long it feels “just right” will depend on your car’s temperature, airflow, and how strong you like your scent. Once the block stops giving off scent, it’s time to swap it for a new one.
It means that under normal driving conditions, you can expect your car to stay softly scented for roughly a month. Very hot weather, always open windows, or heavy use of AC can make the scent fade a bit faster.
Yes. For multi-pack options, you can choose different scents within the same order so your car doesn’t smell the same every month if you don’t want it to.
Yes, many people tuck a block on a shelf or inside a small space. Just remember it’s formulated primarily for cars, so the strength may feel lighter in big open rooms.
Used correctly, Scentie is designed to be surface-friendly. The block is mounted on the visor clip with strong magnets so it doesn’t fall off while driving on the Nigerian roads thereby causing damage to your dashboard. Avoid placing a wet, freshly re-oiled block directly on fabric, leather, or plastic.

Wipe it up immediately with a soft cloth or tissue. If it touches plastic, leather, or fabric, clean gently with a mild, suitable cleaner. Avoid leaving spilled oil on surfaces. It’s concentrated fragrance, so it’s always better to clean it quickly.
Yes, its safe to use around Children and Pets. However, Scentie is intended for use in cars, not as a toy or something to be handled. Keep blocks and vials out of reach of children and pets, and avoid contact with eyes or mouth.
Keep them in their original packaging or an airtight bag, away from direct sunlight and heat. Store upright and away from any fabrics or delicate surfaces.
Yes. Scentie will still work. You may just notice the scent is softer when there’s a lot of airflow. We recommend that you use the AC as this will amplify the scent in the car.
No. You can place an order as a guest. An account simply helps you see your order history and save your details for next time.

Delivery time depends on your location. Once your order is dispatched, most deliveries within Nigeria arrive within a 1 - 2 days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. We also run free-shipping offers from time to time. You get a free shipping for orders above 100k and for our subscribers.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email so you can follow it until delivery.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and either replace the affected items or find another suitable solution.
We accept secure online card payments and local payment options via our payment partners (such as Paystack or Flutterwave). Available methods will be shown at checkout.
Yes. Payments are processed by trusted third-party gateways using industry-standard encryption. We don’t store your card details on our servers.
Yes. Orders are subject to Nigerian VAT where applicable. Any taxes will be included or shown at checkout in line with our policy.
At the moment, we’re not offering cash on delivery. All orders need to be prepaid through our secure checkout.
At checkout, enter your code in the “Discount code” box and click “Apply” before completing payment. If the code is valid, you’ll see the new total immediately.
Double check the spelling, expiry date, and any conditions (minimum order value, specific products, etc.). If it still doesn’t work, reach out to us and we’ll help you check it.
We know scent is personal, so we offer a one-time courtesy replacement if you don’t love your first scent choice. Just reach out to us within 48hrs after receiving your order, and we’ll help you pick a new scent. You’ll only need to cover the return shipping cost for sending the original item back.
Yes, we do accept returns. Items must be in good, resellable condition (ideally unused or lightly tested) and sent back with their original packaging. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost, and once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll process your refund or store credit according to our policy.
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll process your replacement or refund within a few working days. Refund timing may also depend on your bank or card provider.

A Scentie subscription is a flexible refill plan that keeps your car scented without you having to remember to reorder. You’ll receive fresh scented blocks (and vials where applicable) on a regular schedule so your car stays beautifully scented all month long.
No. You can always purchase Scentie as a one-time order. The subscription is simply for customers who prefer automatic refills and never want to run out of their favourite scent.
By default, refills are timed around our scent life up to 30 days per block so your next order arrives roughly when you’re ready for a refresh. You’ll be able to adjust your schedule (for example, to receive refills less or more often) if your driving habits are different.
Yes. You can select your preferred core scents for your subscription, or mix them up each cycle if you like variety. When available, you’ll also be able to add or swap in limited-edition or “Scent of the Month” fragrances.
Absolutely. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription any time before your next billing date. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts. You stay only as long as it’s useful to you.
